Optimize Your Swing
Golf Biomechanics
Biomechanics are the way the body’s bones, joints and muscles work. The biomechanics of pro golfers are what allow them to convert their experience and coordination into power and accuracy on the fairway.
The optimal golf swing is achieved when the body has sufficient range of motion at key joints such as the hips, spine and shoulders. The power of the golf swing is maximal when sufficient range of motion is coupled with optimal core strength and proper swing mechanics.
What We Do
Our program begins with a one hour assessment of a client’s strength and joint range motion specific to the golf swing.
Our trainers are well versed in identifying specific biomechanical deficits that contribute to swing faults, compensations and injuries.
A customized program is then developed to correct any strength and/or flexibility deficits identified in the assessment.
After the initial assessment the client has the option of working one on one with our trainers to improve strength and flexibility.
If a client has a specific injury that needs to be addressed he or she can also take advantage of our in house physical therapy services.
A client who has completed our program will have the tools to improve the accuracy and power of their swing, increase their endurance and avoid injury.
